[Xbox 360, PS3] Take-Two sues Chicago Transit Authority

Grand Theft Auto publisher takes the city to court over aborted ad campaign...
Take-Two Interactive has filed suit against the Chicago Transit Authority and Titan Outdoor LLC (the CTA's external advertising agent), claiming violation of their First Amendment Rights and breach of contract. The CTA recently pulled an ad campaign for Grand Theft Auto IV, citing the uproar that occurred over similar ads for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in 2004. Take-Two is asking that the ads be run again, and that the company receive at least $300,000 in damages.
Representatives for the Authority maintain that "The CTA has the right to regulate and establish guidelines for advertising on its properties." Take-Two countered by criticizing the CTA's attitude toward GTAIV while, at the same time, running ads for "mature-themed TV shows and R-rated movies" with content similar to the game.
The campaign reportedly cost Take-Two $316,000, but the CTA said the publisher would not be charged for the discontinued ads.
I live in Chicago and I still see the GTA IV ads all over the bus stops... I'd say Take-Two is getting a freebie on this one.

I live in Chicago as well. I am a huge GTA fan but they need to get off the CTAs back. They already have enough funding problems. They weren't charged so sod off.
